S95CR5 Series
A single bolt welded adjustable crane rail clip that features a circular cam that locks the clip into position against the rail. The clip is designed and performs as a bearing connection.
The clips are designed as a bearing type connection end are unaffected by oil and grease. These cam adjustable style clips can also be loaded to the maximum lateral load resistance with the nut torqued to only 25 ft-lbs with no rotation of the cam occurring.
The clips can be hot dip galvanized without lowering their lateral resistance rating. The clips can be used in applications that require crane rail pad. Features include 100% rail lateral location combined with 100% retention of crane rail pad beneath the rail.

SD96R Series
A double bolt welded adjustable crane rail clip that features a circular cam that locks the clip into position against the rail. The clip is designed and performs as a bearing connection.
The steel platform may be welded to the runway by the fabricator and shipped to site where the rest of the clip is assembled over it. The bolt head is captured by a pocket in the welded platform. The bolt is installed after the platform has been welded to the crane runway.
The patented design of Molyneux adjustable welded P.01771 clips allows no direct transfer of lateral load to the bolt. This is because the bolt is protected by the raised bolt saddle, which itself receives the lateral load.

Assembly Instructions
Steel base is welded to the rail support structure.
Crane rail is positioned between the clip bases.
Bolt is installed in the clip base.
Rail clip body is installed on the clip base and over the bolt.
The rotatable cam is installed within the circular hole of the rail clip body.
Cam is rotated to squeeze the clip body against the rail.
The washer and nut are then installed. A minimum of 25 ft lbs of torque to the nut will hold the cam in place.
The welded platform clip type is available in a double bolt configuration.
The double bolt configuration has a max lateral resistance to 60,000 lbs.
